What is your shipping policy?

For Continental United States customers, shipping is free on orders over $50. On orders under $50, shipping is a $5 fee. For International customers, shipping is free on orders over $75. On orders under $75, shipping is a $10 fee. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

Where is my order?

Once your order is complete, you should receive a confirmation email immediately. Your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours at which you should receive an email from us and the postal carrier with your tracking number.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returns center receives the item. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

Help! My transaction was declined.

There are a few common reasons you may see an error message at checkout. The most common are that the address you have listed in your profile doesn't match your card's billing address, or your billing information is incorrect. For your security, we have a very reputable secure checkout system. Please ensure your billing information and credit card info match exactly what is on your card. If you are shipping to another location, please ensure your address is the billing address.
